Día de los Muertos Altar

The Mission is a place where loved ones gather together to experience family and history together and a place that many return to time and time again to reflect and remember. Join us in the 18th century historic Sala in remembering your loved ones by placing their name on our Día de los Muertos altar or ofrenda.

As a place of inspiration, education and preservation, Mission San Juan Capistrano serves to inspire and bring people together to learn, reflect, and whenever possible to remember.

The Día de los Muertos altar will be on display through November 5, 2023.
