Journeys to the Past: Celebrating California’s First People
Presented by Jacque Tahuka Nunez, Award Winning Indigenous Educator and Master Storyteller

Join Jacque Tahuka Nunez, an Acjachemen descendant and cultural storyteller on 1st Sundays of the month. Jacque will lead a dynamic cultural presentation describing the lifestyle of the Acjachemen Nation, Orange County’s first people. Journeys to the Past, is a multi-sensory experience which includes storytelling, games, song, and dance. Visitors will leave with a greater appreciation of native culture and what it means to be “keepers of the earth.” Journeys to the Past is an ideal family experience!
