Book a Group Reservation (for Households and Adults)

To request a reservation for an onsite visit for your household or adult group, please complete this online form. If you are planning a school field trip, please click here.  After completing this form, you will receive an instant email confirmation that your request was received. If do you not receive a confirmation email, your request was not submitted correctly. You will receive a confirmation via phone of one of your dates, no later than five working days. Outside Tour Group Policy
We cannot accommodate any request to bring an outside tour guide or touring group (that is not trained, certified and approved by our organization) to lead a group visit. Any speeches, tours, singing, prayer groups, masses, blocking of walkways, etc. that is not part of a program produced by Mission San Juan Capistrano or approved by the Pastor of Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano, that may prevent other visitors from experiencing our site fully is not permitted.
