MEGAN DUKETT

Education Program Manager
Megan joined Mission San Juan Capistrano’s staff as its Education and Interpretative Program Manager in 2007. Megan leads the Mission Matters program, and works with the teachers to plan their Mission Matters learning experience. Megan was previously employed as an Interpretive Park Ranger and Intern for several National Parks including Yosemite, Cabrillo National Monument and Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

KATHLEEN WITKOWSKI
 Visitor Center Assistant
She schedules and coordinates the many field trips, education programs, group tours, and photographers. Approximately 55,000 fourth grader students tour Mission San Juan Capistrano annually. Kathleen is a graduate of CSULB with a B.A. in History.

DOUG PRICER
 Visitor Center Assistant/Ambassador
Doug has a deep passion for history, preservation and educating the many students and guests visiting the Mission. He has a BA in History from Sonoma State University and has authored several books. Doug works with the team scheduling the many field trips, education programs, group tours, and photographers.

RON BAUER 
Instructor
Ron supports the Mission Matters program. For 32 years, Ron served as an Episcopal Priest. Now retired, he volunteers at the Mission. He is also a docent, Living History member, blacksmith, and potter. He became a part-time staff member in 2003, conceptualizing the Mission educational programs.
