Night at the Mission

How do we check in?
There will be a check in station at the Parish School Parking lot from 5:30 p.m. -6:45 p.m.
What if we arrive late?
There will be an attendant to check in as late as 6:45 p.m.
What type of food will be served at the sleepover?
The late night snack will consist of s'mores.
Morning breakfast will be pancakes and hot and cold beverages.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Yes, as long as they are eaten in the designated areas at the designated times. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted.
Where do we sleep?
Guests will sleep in the Central Courtyard under the stars in a sleeping. It is optional to bring a tent.
Can we increase the number of participants in our group?

Space is limited for the sleepovers. If you want to increase your group size or make any changes to your reservation, you must first call and speak with Visitor Center Staff Member at (949) 234-1306, Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 p.m.

If space is available you may pay immediately over the phone.

What if someone cancels in our group?
There are no refunds for the sleepovers. We will try to reschedule you for a later sleepover based on availability.
How much of the Mission will be open?
The Mission and Museum Rooms will be open for the evening.
How many people can attend a sleepover?

The Mission can accommodate up to 50 people.

What if someone gets sick?

Notify the Mission Staff immediately if anyone gets sick or injured during your stay.

Can we leave early from the overnight?

Yes, participants may leave early if needed.

When will the Mission Gift Shops be open during the Sleepover?

The Mission Gift Shops will be open 8:30 a.m. the morning after the sleepover.

Are the exhibit and programs handicapped accessible?

Yes. All activities are handicapped accessible.

How many chaperones are required to participate with a group?

Each group will be required to maintain a one adult supervisor per six child participants.

Where do we change into our sleeping clothes?

Restroom Facilities will be available.

When do I get my confirmation packet and tickets for Night at the Mission?

You will receive a confirmation packet two weeks prior to your event. Groups of 20 or more will receive a confirmation letter saying that we have received your payment and giving the date that the rest of your balance is due.

Are younger and older sibling allowed to participate during the sleepovers?

No. Younger, and or older siblings are not permitted to attend the sleepover if they are not between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.

How old must a chaperone be?

A chaperone must be at least 21 years old.
