HOW CAN I BUY A MEMBERSHIP?

You can buy membership in person at the Mission Welcome Center, open daily 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by mail, (you can download a membership application online), by signing up online, or by calling the Mission at (949) 234-1300.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Your membership card should arrive no more than 2 weeks from the time of purchase.
CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You can change your address by email mhill@missionsjc.com or by calling the Mission at 949-234-1300
WHEN CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP? ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DAYS?
Your membership card is good for admission to all daytime events for one year. There are no blackout days. The Mission is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day and closes at noon on Good Friday and Christmas Eve. Concerts require a separate admission ticket. Active members do receive a 20% discount on Music under the Stars summer concert tickets which go on sale exclusively to members for two weeks before being available to the general public.
I PURCHASED A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP. CAN I BRING GUESTS IN WITH MY CARD IF MY FAMILY IS NOT WITH ME?

No. You can use the 4 complimentary guest passes you receive with your family membership. Otherwise your guests need to purchase tickets.

IS MY MEMBERSHIP VALID AT THE OTHER MISSIONS?
No.
CAN I PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR?
No. Membership is renewable annually.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Memberships are nontransferable and can only be used by the individual or family whose name appears on the card.

IS THERE A REPLACEMENT FEE IF I LOSE MY CARD?

Yes. There is a five dollar fee to replace a lost or stolen card.

IS THERE A FEE FOR PARKING?

The Mission does not have its own parking lot. However several free public parking lots are located surrounding the Mission and throughout the town offering 3 to 5 hours of free parking. Click here for directions and parking information.

IS THE MISSION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE TRAIN STATION?

Yes. The Mission is a very short walk from the train station.
