MEGAN DUKETT
Education Program Manager
Megan joined Mission San Juan Capistrano's staff as its
first Education and Interpretative Program Manager. Megan
will lead the Mission Matters program, and work with the teachers
to plan their Mission Matters learning experience. Megan was
previously employed as an Interpretive Park Ranger and Intern
for several National Parks including Yosemite, Cabrillo National
Monument and Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

RON BAUER
Instructor
Ron supports the Mission Matters program. For 32 years, Ron
served as an Episcopal Priest. Now retired, he began volunteering
at the Mission in 2000, and is currently a docent, Living
History member, blacksmith and potter. He became a staff member
in 2003.

ROBIN JOHNSON
Part Time Education Assistant
Robin is involved with many of the Mission ’s educational
camps and programs. Robin is currently a student at the Laguna
College of Art & Design in Laguna Beach. Her future plans
include becoming an art teacher.

KATHLEEN WITKOWSKI
Kathleen is the Visitor Center Assistant. She books tours
and photography shoots. Approximately 55,000 fourth graders
tour annually. Kathleen is a graduate of CSULB with an BA
in History.

DOUG PRICER
Doug Pricer, Visitor Center Assistant, has a deep passion
for history, preservation and educating the many students
and guests visiting the Mission. He has a B.A. in History
from Sonoma State University and has authored several books.
Doug works with the team scheduling the many field trips,
education programs, group tours, and photographers.
