The Mission's Adopt-a-Class program funds a day at the Mission
for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since it's creation
last year, individual and corporate donors have contributed enough
funds to sponsor hundreds ofstudents. The students come from many
different areas of Southern California, including Kennedy Elementary
in Santa Ana, 112th Street Elementary in Los Angeles, Bayside Elementary
in Imperial Beach and Ceres Elementary in Whittier.
One Hundred percent of donations is used to fund the schools' visits.
