See the newly refurbished Native American Museum and Interpretive room in the West Wing Museum Building. Explore authentic artifacts, music, and interactive station. Great for all ages! Learn about the past and present. 




Mission Treasures Exhibit: Historical Collection Revealed
Due to popular demand, exhibit now permanent!
The exhibit features precious and rare paintings, religious artifacts, and documents related to the Mission's history.

From the collection of Mrs. Joan Irvine Smith and the Irvine Museum

Featuring the original quarters of the padres, new exhibits and settings.

Swallows Walk & Talk Tour New! Beginning Friday, March 1 Daily at 1:00 p.m. Learn the facts about cliff swallows, view the swallows vocalization experiment and hear the legend of the Swallows of Capistrano.

Serra Chapel Tour New! Beginning Sunday, March 3 Every Sunday at 11:15 a.m. In honor of Father Serra's 300th birthday celebration, tour the Serra Chapel, the most historically significant church in California. Father Serra celebrated Mass in this chapel in 1783.
