Music Under the Stars Summer Concert Series is a fundraising concert series in support of preservation and sustainability of Mission San Juan Capistrano, historic California landmark #200 and museum.   
Music Under the Stars features a primarily tribute band lineup, celebrating a variety of timeless and nostalgic classics in popular music at the beautiful and historic setting of the Mission.

Concerts are held on Saturday evenings throughout the summer. Mission entrance gates open at 5:30 p.m.; Music begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m. 

The best way to stay up to date with Music Under the Stars is to become a Mission Member. You’ll receive all the latest information as the lineup is announced and tickets go on sale. Members receive discounted rates on concert tickets and a two-week presale prior to tickets going on sale to the public. Join the Mission today!

2015 ON SALE DATES ANNOUNCED:

Tickets go on sale at 9:00 a.m. on the following dates:

Wednesday, February 4th: PRE-SALE: Season and Group Table Packages On Sale
Pre-sale for those purchasing four or more tables for the series. Orders may be placed online beginning February 4th at 9:00 a.m. For more information, click here.

Wednesday, February 18th: MEMBER PRE-SALE: Tickets On Sale to Mission Members
Mission Members receive discounted ticket rates and a two-week presale before tickets go on sale to the public. Join or renew now!
Purchase tickets online, by calling (949) 234-1317 or in person at the Gate House.

Wednesday, March 4th: Tickets On Sale to General Public
Purchase tickets online or in person at the Gate House.


FOOD AND DRINKS:

Personal picnics are encouraged at Music Under the Stars. There are no dinner vendors on-site for the concerts, so bring everything you need for dining together.

Music Under the Stars will feature only a coffee/dessert vendor onsite at each concert.

Prohibited at Music Under the Stars: Caterers, oversize coolers, outside tables, umbrellas, tiki torches.

Special Offers for Music Under the Stars:

Mission San Juan Capistrano partners with local restaurant supporters to bring you Special Offers for Music Under the Stars. This includes discounts and delivery options on food orders and wine for the convenience of concert go-ers.

Participating restaurants have included: Sundried Tomato Bistro, Mission Grill, Fiano’s Restaurant, Marie Callender’s Restaurant and Bakery, The Vintage Steakhouse and Five Vines Wine Bar.

Restaurant Members:

We also recommend any of these supporting Restaurant Members for your food and beverage needs for Music Under the Stars. Use these Restaurant Members to place a to-go order, beat traffic and enjoy a glass of wine with friends before the concert, or to enjoy live entertainment and specials following the concert. Check with individual restaurants for offerings.

An opportunity drawing and silent auction are held at each Music Under the Stars concert in support of preservation and education programs at Mission San Juan Capistrano.
