The Eighth Annual Battle of the Mariachis Festival
11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Mission San Juan Capistrano presents with the generous support of the Thomas J. and Erma Jean Tracy Family Foundation, the Eighth Annual Battle of the Mariachis Festival, a celebration of the talent, interpretation and inspiration of the best in the West from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Central Courtyard.
Please join us in the beautiful Mission Courtyard for a full day of live musical entertainment and great food, as Mariachi performers compete for cash prizes before a panel of judges. Don't miss the historic celebration bell ringing at 10:30 a.m. followed by a bilingual marionette show at various times throughout the day.

Cost of General Admission to this Signature Event is:
$10 for Adults, $9 for Seniors (60+) and $5 for Children (Ages 4-11)
FREE for Mission Preservation Society Members and Current Volunteers with I.D. and Children 3 and Under
General Admission Tickets are available now, in person at our Gate House which is open 363 days per year. They may be purchased in advance or on event day. Non-reserved event seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival suggested for best seating. Mission opens at 8:30 a.m. You do not need to purchase General Admission Tickets if you plan to purchase a Reserved Table for your party. More on this below.
$300 Reserved Tables for 10: Beginning January 1, purchase limited Reserved Tables of 10 online, by phone: 949-234-1321 or by email: sirsay@missionsjc.com. Credit card payment of $300 per table is required to reserve in advance. General Admission for up to 10 guests is included in table pricing.
