Food Drive:

This holiday season, join with Mission San Juan Capistrano to help those who are less fortunate in our community. The Mission will conduct a food drive for Serra’s Pantry, our local neighbor organization that provides food, hygiene supplies and services to individuals and families in need. Food drive will take place November 22 – December 20, including Christmas at the Mission on December 7. Drop off food and hygiene item donations at the drop boxes at the Mission Gate House (open 9:00 – 5:00 p.m. daily).

The following items are usually in short supply and are much appreciated: cooking oil, cereal, tuna, one pound bags of sugar and flour, peanut butter, jelly, dry pinto beans, canned vegetables and fruit, rice, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce and pop/flip top food items. Hygiene items in demand: toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, bar soap and toilet paper. Learn More About Serra’s Pantry
