Craig Springer, Facilities Manager

Craig Springer has been with the Historic Mission for more than six years as the Facilities Manager. Springer is responsible for managing facilities staff, including maintenance, environmental services and security staff for the Mission campus. Prior to Mission San Juan Capistrano, Craig worked as Assistant Facilities Manager at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.

Springer also manages facilities projects in charge of safety, tenant improvements, preventive maintenance and major repairs. He assists the Preservation Department and Museum Registrar with cleaning, maintenance and repairs of the historic building and artifacts. 

Springer, who is a member of the city’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), was born in Anaheim, moved to Lancaster as a teenager and returned back to Orange County. He currently lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife of 20 years, and has two daughters. In his spare time Spring enjoys church, bible study, mountain biking, cycling, food, music and movies.
